Donate Life Hollywood is your all-access pass to everything dealing with organ and tissue donation and transplantation, providing FREE services to entertainment industry professionals (script writers, producers, etc.). 

Like other organizations such as Hollywood Health and Society, we can connect you to leading experts in the donation and transplant field such as transplant surgeons, neurologists, orthopedic specialists, organ donation coordinators and more. 

But no other organization can provide you with:

  • Thousands of real and incredibly touching and entertaining stories of donation and transplantation.
  • Actual hospital settings for filming.
  • On-set consultants for transplant scenes
  • Props used in transplantation
  • And so much more!

Donate Life Hollywood works with scripted television shows, reality shows, talk shows and documentaries to get you what you need to tell stories of hope, transformation and life.

Specifically Donate Life Hollywood has:

  • Arranged for executive producer Carol Barbee to follow organ procurement coordinators on an actual organ donation case
  • Coordinated efforts to have the director of “Three Rivers” view an organ transplant surgery
    Provided on-site experts to show “Three Rivers” actors how to conduct an organ procurement procedure
  • Assisted filming crews for an HBO documentary to film in a donor hospital and transplant center
  • Provided organ donation posters used in a DMV scene for “Entourage”
  • Provided “Human Organs for Transplant” stickers for props
  • Connected reality show and documentary producers to subjects for their projects, including incredible people waiting for a transplant, transplant recipients, living donors and families of deceased donors.
  • Arranged for History Channel’s “Deliver It” to film a kidney being transported from a donor hospital to a transplant center
  • Identified compelling and deserving transplant recipients to appear on “The Tyra Show”
  • Coordinated a first time meeting between donor family and recipient to appear on “The Doctors”
  • Assisted with PR and promotion of television shows and documentary films by coordinating the support of Donate Life organizations across the nation
  • Encouraged Donate Life organizations to develop financial partnerships with local CBS affiliates around “Three Rivers.”
